Ingredients
<p>1 cup raw sunflower seeds</p>
<p>1 tbsp fresh lemon juice</p>
<p>1/4 tsp salt</p>
<p>1/3 celery stalk</p>
<p>1/8 medium onion</p>
<p>1/3 carrot</p>
<p>2 tbsp minced fresh parsley</p>
<p>seasonings as desired</p>
Directions
