This live dressing is tasty over salad or as a dip.
In blender add:
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of organic olive oil
1/4 cup of Nama Shoyu (unpasteurized organic soy sauce)
4 medium sized stalks of celery, chopped
5 organic dates
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4Tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of white miso
Blend and serve over romaine lettuce or use as a dip for vegetables.
Keeps for a week refrigerated.
